• i am no expert in vscode extension development

• it would be great to have this port as a setting

• other instructions for changing ports via flags did not work for me (i guess these are outdated)

I typically use port 9000 in development (e.g. 8000, 8001 etc. for one service, 9000, 9001 for another etc., or if I have two projects I might split them 8000+ for one, 9000+ for another). I believe there are more people that do this.
