I am currently unable to test my application in CI, because calls to downloadAndUnzipVSCode("stable") in my testing script time out.
When manually testing cURLing the update service (https://update.code.visualstudio.com) I see varieties of responses that suggest this service is experiencing issues. Very occasionally it does return the correct list of versions.
