Prompt type detection incorrectly causes command detection to be enabled

Repro:

1. Open powerlevel10k on an old version (Force p10k shell integration on when available to fix hanging problem for old versions #271977 repro)
2. Hover terminal tab
3. Click show details
4. It should NOT show "Basic" for shell integration

I think I am having the problem this is meant to address. I have upgraded VS Code and Powerlevel10k tools to the latest versions, as far as I can tell. Terminal commands executed by Copilot are still hanging, though. I do see that under details my shell integration still reads as "Basic", which your comment says it should not. What is it supposed to be, and is there a way to change that?
