Autoprefixer not working with Brackets 1.12

Hi,
Installed autoprefixer on Brackets 1.12, on Windows 10 laptop and it's not working. Any idea what should I do?

It doesn't appear to work in Brackets 1.13 either, on Windows 10.
I select all the code and then select Auto Prefix Selection. It doesn't seem to work with auto prefix on save, or auto prefix on change either.

After looking on caniuse.com, it appears that the things I was expecting to need prefixes for are now supported.
