Species checklist of Bavaria inaccurate

The current species checklist of bavaria as present in the precomputed folder is missing some prominent species like Taraxacum officinale even though they are listed in the checklist. Another prominent omission is Helianthus annuus which is available in the checklist but only after checking the "Liste um Unbeständige erweitern" checkbox.

After further investigation there are two separate problems:

1. The css classes of species used to be either pcheck6 or pcheck7 (with some pcheck5 and pcheck8). See this archived version. However the script only extracted elements with class pcheck7. This produces correct results on the current version of the website. Therefore, roughly half of the plants have been omitted.
2. There is an additional parameter that can be added to the request string (st=U) this will include the cultivated plants that might not grow under natural conditions. For most questions however those plants should be included as well. It will also include plants for which it is not certain whether they appear in Bavaria or not.
