No Weave Preview or syntax highlight for .dwl files in custom policy project

The plugin doesn't seem to function in my custom policy project.

1. I created a custom policy from the archetype, and opened in IntelliJ 2022.1.1 Ultimate Edition.
2. I created a file src/main/resources/dw/mypolicy/Example.dwl
3. I opened the file in the editor and created a couple functions.

I am not seeing any syntax highlighting, and nothing appears in the Weave Preview or Weave Internals panes.

Git2Gus App is installed but the .git2gus/config.json doesn't exist.
