Add dark mode support for MuleSoft chrome header and footer#40

The header/footer HTML is fetched from mulesoft.com at build time and ships with its own stylesheet that hardcodes a white background. Override those classes under [data-theme="dark"] so the chrome matches the portal's dark tokens for background, text, links, and borders.
