Code Review

This pull request upgrades react-scripts from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3, which is a necessary security update that resolves multiple vulnerabilities, including a critical one. The change is a patch update and should be safe to merge. I've approved the change, but I've also left a comment suggesting a further upgrade to the latest version of react-scripts (5.0.1) to ensure the project stays up-to-date with security patches and features. This further upgrade should be handled in a separate pull request as it is a major version change.

While upgrading to 4.0.3 is a good step to resolve several security vulnerabilities, this version is still quite old (from February 2021).

I recommend upgrading to the latest stable version of react-scripts, which is 5.0.1. This will provide more recent security patches, bug fixes, and features, such as Webpack 5 support.

Since this is a major version upgrade, it may introduce breaking changes and will require thorough testing. You can create a separate PR for this upgrade.
