Move most destructive actions in drop down menus to the bottom

The most destructive actions ("Archive", "Delete") should be at the bottom of the pop up menus for consistency (with the files app for example) and for prohibiting accidental deletions.

For example in the cards menu:

But also in the boards menu. The "Details" should not below "Archive" and "Delete".
