Inserting image after bullet point list adds new bullet point

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a bullet point list
2. Place the cursor after the bullet point list
3. Paste image

Expected behavior
No new bullet point should be created (an empty line is added too).

A similar thing happens when inserting an image after a heading. An empty new line with the same heading level will be created between the original heading and the image.

Part 1: I can confirm that behavior with bulletpoint lists.
Part 2: I can not reproduce it. @provokateurin Do you have exact steps to reproduce for me (which nc version do you use?)

I think it was from 26.0.1. The steps and the video are everything that you need to reproduce.

(OMG I didn't realize the video contains the music I was listening to 🤣)

Ah yes, the heading thing seems to be a different problem (sometimes you stay in the same paragraph after pressing enter behind a heading). It doesn't look like there is an existing bug report for that
