NOTICE: scw config is unmaintained

Notice to all users of the scw config: this config is unmaintained.

I no longer work at an institute with access to the cluster and have no remaining contacts at my previous institution.

If you use this config, please consider becoming a maintainer, or discuss with the SCW system administration team about them maintaining the configuration.

If no maintainer is found by the end of June 2026, the SCW config will be removed from this repository.
