To try and get as close to EAGER1 for a publishable release, we should exploit the nf-core launch wizard (https://nf-co.re/tools#launch-a-pipeline). This simplyTM, should just require a parameters.settings.json file, following the schema.
Even if we can't get this fully working properly yet (I do not currently see in the schema the ability to indicate mutually exlusive options), it owuld be good to get this written as a first draft because we have so (too- ;)) many parameters.
