This will be useful for future training and new people coming in after posting of the print.

• How to contribute a new module (maybe we can write this along side bowtie2? @apeltzer )
• How to run for human data (shotgun, snpCapture)
• How to run for pathogen data (phylogenies, functional stuff)
• How to run for microbiome work data (off-target profiling, )
• How to use profiles (and make custom ones that can be shared for publication <- noting inheritance rules)
