Remove SNP count barplot from SexDetERRmine MultiQC report section.

The second barplot of #SNPs total on Aut/X/Y is not very informative. First it is not a value that changes by individual since it is a measure of the BED file/length of chromosomes on the reference fasta.

It can/should be hidden from the MultiQC report.
