@jfy133 Could you maybe add configuration profile documentation for the SHH profile at https://github.com/nf-core/configs similar to the crick documentation there? |

We'd also have to remove the profile documentation here, as we will have that centrally coming in from the configs repository in the future :-) |

This removes all outdated former config profiles. These are now kept at https://github.com/nf-core/configs for all nf-core pipelines, and thus also for nf-core/eager!
