Hi everyone,
this is just a pseudo PR for @nf-core/core members to perform a pipeline review. Let me know if you find mistakes / issues that need fixing or spot issues that require my attention.
I'd like to push a release latest on Monday if possible, but would like to get some feedback if possible :-)
