link to guidelines is broken

Hi,

I was reading the docs to know how to make the pull request for qualimap and I realize the guideline links in the contributing file (https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/tree/master/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md) is broken: http://nf-co.re/guidelines. Not sure what is the right destination, so open an issue here.

That is probably wrong in the template - so nfcore/tools and there in the template

This will be resolved when the salmon branch is merged into rnaseq. Going to transfer this to tools for the appropriate changes to be made there.
