Closing this rather than merging it. ImageSharp 4.0.0 / ImageSharp.Drawing 3.0.0 now enforce a build-time Six Labors license for direct dependencies, and this repository does not have a Six Labors license key/file configured in GitHub Actions or Dependabot. We are keeping patch/minor updates on the current major line for now and added Dependabot ignore rules plus an AGENTS.md note in 4cc9699 so this major upgrade path does not keep resurfacing. Long-term, the preferred direction is to remove the direct Six Labors dependency rather than adding a commercial license requirement.
