chcpbuild.options override whole config.xml chcp tag #91
cordova build -- chcp-xxx remove other tags in other than
in my config.xml, i have auto-install set to false
but when i use cordova build -- chcp-trial
it set the config-file to the url in chcpbuild.options and remove my auto-install tag
