When using search and replace temporary files are not deleted (file-E-E-E)

Hi,

first of all thanks a lot for this awesome plugin!

When I use search and replace, everytime I use it, for every file changed a new file-E is created, resulting in many -E-E-E files if I use it several times.

Is there a possibility to delete the temporary E-files automatically after using the superhero spectre?

I am using a Mac M3 with Sequoia 15.3.2

NVIM v0.10.4
Build type: Release

thanks for the hint and the code!

With sd indeed is it working! Seems like the -E files is something sed specific (https://github.com/chmln/sd?tab=readme-ov-file#benchmarks).

sd is mentioned in the readme https://github.com/nvim-pack/nvim-spectre?tab=readme-ov-file#replace-method but as i didn't know sd, it was not helpful for me.

For those who also dont know sd it is Search and Displace and seems too be much faster than sed (https://github.com/chmln/sd).

You can install sd via the terminal and homebrew with "brew install sd" and than use bigkuanysh's code.

I don't think this should be closed; having to install a dependency, or use a lib you don't want to, in order to avoid these files is not a real fix.

Two things:

1. this issue with temp files -E is on macOS only.
2. The fix can be done by removing default args in config.lua and updating args to be -i '' -E on macOS.

That is because sed in-place replacement on macOS requires extra pair of quotes unlike other systems.
