[FR] Choose the options in the Panel

I use :Telekasten (binded to a keymap, of course), and I am shown the panel, which I then use to do whatever I want. However, some options in the panel will never be useful to me.

It would be nice if one could choose which functions we see in the panel.

This is indeed something that could be done easily with the new configuration structure after the refactoring.
We could even add custom stuff to this panel that way (functions with pre-filled optional arguments, etc).
