term:// files are not being ignored.

With default settings, or if I set the ignore term:// directly, I still get term files

How can I help debug?

Strange. When you execute :FrecencyValidate and restart Neovim, does it become better?

:FrecencyValidate isn't showing any output. But, now I have enough other usage so the term stuff gets well below the fold. Happy to try other stuff to debug, but otherwise very low pri at this point.
