Be able to import a exclusion list

• I would like to have a list for each language.
• maybe distinguish between a global list and a local one.
• I would like to be able to dynamically add or delete a word from the list.
  • It will be good if I could check if the cursorword I'm on is currently in a local/global list.
  • probably need to confirm before doing so.
  • in short, it should be easy as f*k to undo an adding: no move my cursor, calling another api.
