The tests for Lyra2Rev2_Hash and Lyra2Rev3_Hash are failing but I have no idea why. It isn't related to this PR. |

Hi, this is my attempt to create an abstraction for ethash, etchash and ubqhash.
Please note that none of this is tested. I'm currently not running any pool, so there's that 🤷♂️
Would be nice if someone could test this and give some feedback.
