DICOM to egsphant plugin version 0.1

This plugin is similar to ctcreate in BEAMnrc but more easily to create an egsphant file. 

*I'm new to cocoa and try to write something practice.
This plugin may have some bugs or crash your OsiriX.
Use at your own risk.
