attribute: Improve performance of `hashValue` for `BOOLSLICE`, `INT64SLICE`, `FLOAT64SLICE`, `STRINGSLICE`

The same performance improvement for hashValue can be done for BOOLSLICE, INT64SLICE, FLOAT64SLICE, STRINGSLICE. But let's scope it to a separate PR.
