Prepare PEI-Silica wash coat solutions

waiting on information for procedure from Kersh (associate from Clarity Tech)

Need:

• Develop scaled up procedure (how much PEI, Silica gel, water needed?)
• 3x buckets (at least ~gallon)

Have:

• DI water
• Silica powder (SiO2 powder from lab, 5 kg)
• PEI (800 mw and 24,000 mw, large and small chain PEI)

For PEI Solution, we need:

• Ethanol
• PEI (shorter chain)
• Cover for Home Depot Buckets (not necessary, but could slow down evaporation of ethanol)

Planning to test this with both the Alibaba and Clarity Tech monoliths after they have been shaped before expanding to both monoliths
