Make Simple Sensor Readers

Make simple Arduino readers to acquire Humidity data, Temperature data, and CO2 data. With said data, produce 3 graphs per phase (where our phases are Absorption and Desorption). The graphs will all be * time graphs.

Wrote raw_co2_reader.ino for temperature & co2 sensor readings. Couldn't find humidity sensor in the BOM so leaving it for now.
