[CVE] Bump prismjs to 1.29.0 to fix CVE-2022-23647

Description

• Resolves CVE-2022-23647 by bumping prismjs up to 1.29.0
• This one is mainly a lock file refresh (aka remove the prismjs entry in lock file and then re-run yarn osd bootstrap)
