[BUG] Acknowledge option enabled when none of the monitors are checked

What is the bug?
In monitors page, even when none of the monitors are checked, Acknowledge button is enabled.

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to monitors page
2. Click on Actions button

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior is that when none of the monitors are checked, Acknowledge button should be disabled and should be enabled only when at least one monitor is checked.
