Hm. This is probably because the field is allowing taginfo suggestions, and thus pulling in extra values through the api request. Not sure how to best approach this. We might want to show taginfo suggestions only after the regular options in this case and maybe not use the translated strings. Does that make sense?

I would expect exactly this - to ignore string translations and show raw tag values
