Add more cuisines

Currently, some more popular cuisines are supported, but many listed on the wiki such as "czech" are missing. I think it would be nice to have them all: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:cuisine

I guess that it means that sadly "I think it would be nice to have them all" is also rejected

#1641 already detects especially common ones, I guess we can also have issues for specific highly-popular ones

I think that #1573 should have been merged, but I will close this issue to stop others from wasting time on PR that would end rejected

I think we could probably afford to be less cautious with any geographical cuisine=* value. These values are straightforwardly named, so the question is whether the cuisine is real rather than whether the community has adequately debated each and every one of them. That caution would be more prudent when it comes to a cuisine=* value that names a dish.
