How useful it is to add specific search terms to match more general entries?

would it be useful and welcome to make PR that would ensure that someone searching

• baptist
• episcopal
• evangelical
• pentecostal

gets christian church entry?

What about giving entry for search for one of variety of doctors?

• orthopedist
• neuropathologist
• neurotologist
• hepatologist
• gerontologist
• endocrinologist
• periodontist
• endodontist

Maybe do it only for common terms? So make "baptist" searchable and do not bother with obscure subfields of medicine? Do neither? Add any plausible search term?
