There is a major problem: there are also https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:navigationaid%3Dpapi and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:navigationaid%3Dvasi which are unlikely to be distinguishable by regular person
While https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:aeroway%3Dnavigationaid is likely too wide to work as a preset
