validator: charging station on a wall is a node part of a way

Describe the bug
a support=wall charning station is part of a wall but the validator warn that it should be a not-connected node

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
no warning about the fact the node is part of a way
it could produce a warning about a missing location=indoor/outdoor
