Add charging point terms to charging station

Description, Motivation & Context

This adds terms from the "charging point" preset to the "charging station" preset, to make sure that users trying to add a single new charge point at least also see the "charging station" preset (which is less detailed mapping and should be present before adding optional individual charge points). See discussion in streetcomplete/StreetComplete#6471.
