Thank you. Just a note that the British English localization will need to override this preset name with “Motorway Junction”. Not sure about the Australian, Indian, Irish, New Zealand, and Philippine English localizations. (Canada calls them exits too.)

I wonder how to track that? create issue with reminder? convince @tyrasd to make release very soon so it will not be forgotten?

You could change the translations manually in the repository, but I think Transifex is only configured to fetch source_strings.yaml, so someone will need to enter it manually anyways. You could create an issue over in Transifex for that.
