Rename High Jump Pit to High Jump Area for mapping accuracy

Issue :
In the attached image, the current preset is labeled "High Jump Pit." This causes mappers to only trace the landing mat rather than the complete area.

Fix : Rename the preset to "High Jump Area".

Matches Wiki: The athletics=high_jump Wiki page defines this as a field event facility. The image there show the entire paved semi circular path, not just the mat.

A "Pit" is portable equipment in this case, the "Area" is the permanent infrastructure.

I bothered available native USA English native speakers and High Jump Area seems to be their preference.

High Jump Pitch also appeared.

Thanks for the PR! It is now merged but note that before you will see it in iD few things need to happen.

iD tagging schema needs to get release (see https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/releases - latest one mentioned there is just a draft). And later needs to be pulled in by iD.
