Use dedicated motorcycle parking icon

Description:

Replaces fas-motorcycle with the newly added temaki-motorcycle_parked icon for the amenity=motorcycle_parking preset.

The current icon (fas-motorcycle) was nonspecific for amenity=motorcycle_parking, it showed a generic motorcycle rather than a parked one.
Since there was no proper motorcycle parking icon available in Temaki, I used the existing bicycle_parked and motorcycle SVGs from the Temaki library as reference to create a new motorcycle_parked icon, and raised a PR#104-motorcycle_parked.svg to get it merged into the Temaki repo first. Once that got merged I came here to make this change.
So, first getting motorcycle_parked.svg into Temaki, and now using it here to replace the nonspecific icon in id-tagging-schema.

Waiting on a new Temaki release to include the merged motorcycle_parked icon before this can be verified. Will update once the package is published.

Now that openstreetmap/iD#12124 is merged.
New icon should be available. I will trigger a rebuild of the preview to confirm the new icon.
