CRITICAL BUG: "Start an application" is stuck in an infinite redirect loop to /pricing (Tickets auto-closing)

Hello GitHub Community Team,

I am having a platform-breaking bug on my account (@itsmostafa07), which is blocking me from accessing the Education benefits form completely.

The Bug:
When I try to access my settings page and click the green "Start an application" button, the website instantly redirects me to github.com/pricing. I am not able to access the document upload page at all.

Why I am posting here:
I have tried posting technical bug reports to the Support team (Tickets #4080461 and #4081905), but the automated bot instantly closes them without a human response. I am stuck in a loop.

Would it be possible for a member of the staff to check the backend situation of my account? I am an engineering student who is actively trying to upload my valid university ID for this academic year, but this UI bug makes it physically impossible for me to use the platform. Thank you!

Sounds like your Education application flow is incorrectly flagging your account as ineligible/unsubscribed, so it redirects you to Pricing instead of the upload page.

Try incognito + different browser + disable extensions, and if it persists, submit it via GitHub Education support with a HAR + console logs + your ticket IDs and ask for manual backend review/unblock for @itsmostafa07.

@alokpriyadarshii Thank you for the tips! I have already attempted incognito mode, other browsers, and clearing my cache, but the redirect loop persists.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a HAR file to Education Support because the automated support robot closes all of my tickets after I open them. I am literally unable to contact a human through the interface, which is why I am hoping a Staff member reads this thread and can manually unblock @itsmostafa07 on the backend!
