Anchor install latest results in 404

Both curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSfL https://solana-install.solana.workers.dev | bash and avm install latest result in a 404.

Apparently when I created a v0.32.0 tag, avm started trying to pull from that tag on installation even though it was not a published release. Removed for now
