Main website should be from master

https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas-release/pull/27/files#diff-b67911656ef5d18c4ae36cb6741b7965R119 made the website deploy from the pandas repo. But it should be from pandas master, not the release branch (e.g. 1.0.x). I'm a bit wary to change the branch though. Perhaps do in a context manager that goes back to the release branch?

Maybe this is not that important to fix here, but we should rather try to get github actions update the website?
