Dark theme stopped working

Hello,
I am on NC v23.0.10, dark theme has stopped working for draw.io v1.0.3.
I have it set in the settings:

But the actual UI looks like this:

Please advise how I can attempt to fix it.
Upgrading to v24 is not an option, for now, waiting for another app to be compatible.
