no-host server is integrated in source, there should be a way to dynamically upgrade it.

The server is integrated as a file directly into src/nohost-sw.js . This is as the server had issues when we copied it to the third-party folder.

We should:

• Allow dynamic updates of the dependency.
• Move to third party folder.

Phoenix will have its own virtual server implementation as we ned more fine-grained control over the server for live previews and other workflows.
