[Feature Request] Vue Language Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For now, phoenix doesn't support .vue file. It's like when I want develop a project using vue framework on phoenix, the .vue files don't have any syntax highlighting, don't have autocompletion, and not being linted.

We are currently working on enabling a more advanced live preview in Phoenix.
Library support is in our pipeline, but I'm afraid with our current expertise, it will be a bit hard to prioritize in the next six months.
