File opening bug when a cell is selected

If a file is opened while a cell is actively selected (or "clicked" on) in the currently opened file, the contents of the selected cell are copied over to the newly opened file. (see attached files for example). The same happens if a term from the dropdown menu is left selected when opening a new file.
