Update default list of ontologies

Need to update the ontologies loaded by default in Phenex because the current default ontologies cause an error ("An error occurred while loading ontologies: Load Error, line 285248"). Note, I had my student update the uberon url to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uberon/phenoscape-ext-simple.obo and unit ontology url to http://unit-ontology.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/unit.obo (to match my settings).

The default unit ontology URL in Phenex needs to be updated (currently points to googlecode)
