• Created a Norwegian Bokmål translation.
• Created a Norwegian Nynorsk translation.
• Corrected errenous diacritics in the Romanian translation.
• Changed the translation links on the DBAD website to use the GitHub file hostings instead, as the website's own file hostings didn't seem to me to support Unicode (e.g. https://dbad-license.org/translations/LICENSE-fi.md). I presumed that the DBAD licence itself denied me the right to point it out and expecting it to be fixed, so I decided to attempt to fix it myself and submit the fix.
• Changed a few links from HTTP to HTTPS.
