Fresnel missing on Rasterizer version

Hi,

I've been checking out your work and gave the rasterizer version a try https://github.com/portsmouth/OpenPBR-viewer/tree/rasterization and noticed that when you toggle between the pathtracer and rasterizer version the specular reflection changes on the edges of the object. It looks like there is no fresnel being applied to the specular.

I assume this is unintentional and a bug

Thanks for the report, most likely a bug. The rasterization branch is incomplete, trying to get back to finishing it ASAP.
