`trident validate --fullGeno` seems to starts parsing genotype data before the checksum comparison

As observed in the context of poseidon-framework/community-archive#317: @ltcrod got a parsing error, although the checksum was incorrect. Needs investigation.

I think the checksum comparison should happen first, for more informative error messages.
